How eager are you? This one will cost ya. Even with the exchange it's about $250.00 USD then add credit card's cut and WORST of all they ship UPS so there's brokerage fees. I put one in my basket and it didn't come up as "Out Of Stock". I'd still call for 100% availability just to be sure, if...
Just FYI, tachs were never available on standard dashes. An optional clock filled that spot if ordered. All non rallye tachs were the creation of the aftermarket, not Ma Mopar.
I looked around and couldn't find them. I take it that one is solid yellow and one is solid dark blue and they're somewhere above the pedals. Please correct me if my specifics are wrong.
Looks very similar to my 1970. In my case it'd be from the Panel Dimmer Switch (tan wire). Those dimmers are a known problem. I'd look there if I were you.
While a friend and I were carb adjusting to make my car idle nice he found that the distributor's plate wouldn't budge until 17.5 in/Hg of vacuum. When the distributor was rebuilt and tested advance would start at 7 in/Hg. The vacuum module/diaphragm is fine, holds vacuum no bleeding. The tool...
Re: the above picture. The middle two are are Barracuda/Cuda only, not "ebody". Green is 1970, blue is 1971. Left chrome one is Challenger only. Here's some more pics from my CPU. Later on the right chrome ended up being for both.
Yup, you posted your picture before I finished editing mine with the link added. (lol). I have an extra one of those too but shipping from Canada would be more $.
I think he's looking for a Barracuda one, that one is a Challenger. They're usually sold with a trunk lid so don't often come up for sale separately.
This one isn't marked as sold yet.

Here it is, sorry about the pink wire in the way. Not sure if convertible and hardtop are in the same exact location. I can't imagine that being any different though,
Why not rebuild your own. I used Mike Ross's method to rebuild an old Spartan horn.

FWIW, this was originally by Jim at JSRestorations
EDIT: I removed the original picture because AFAIK his years were incorrect. He had the first two as "70 - 72" & the last two as "73 - 74". Here's my amended picture.
Just another sort of relevant picture showing that the holes need to be a different diameter . ColoradoCuda, can you please verify the diameter on your car and let us know.
Yes there’s a difference. 1971 grommet hole is above the gas pedal studs. I’ll post pics when on my desktop tomorrow. The hole diameter is also different. IIRC, 70 was 3/4 and 71 was 1”. Stay tuned, I just posted this info on Moparts a couple weeks ago.
My original 1970 Barracuda looked like the OP's. I was under the impression that 1970 Challengers (ribbed bezels) were the only unique ones with 2 different variations. No rhyme or reason what car got what.
