1971 Windsor, Ontario built car. It has a B&E body tailshaft. They did not build E bodies there. Did they build 1971 B bodies there?

How do I tell the difference from E body to B body K frame when off the car sitting on the bench? The only numbers are the stamped date on the front. I've heard the steering box angle is different?

Sounds about right, and the headlight brackets weld on, not bolted so another step and more time to convert them.

Fogging oil is for use while the engine is running. I wouldn't use it on a non runner.

I like to remove a valve cover and pour oil on the camshaft. Get every lobe wet before turning the engine. That cam and lifter is the biggest failure area. Pre oil the oil pump with a drill is mandatory. Is you garage heated or dry? Or is it humid there like the northeast? Look in with a...

Oven cleaner is very strong, might remove the paint also. I have used gasoline and it left the paint alone. Just use the WD, it's not good for anything else anyway.
