They used crazy wiring schemes back in the day. Not as bad as the British cars. But why they didn't just add a diode I have no clue. I have it all back working again. Thanks everyone for the help and wiring diagrams.

Thank you. It looked like there had been both a 12v supply and door circuit near the switch. So wasn't sure. I've also seen posts saying there was a relay on some models, not sure why. But all's good, thanks for the wiring diagram. Carl

Front is 21.5 inch rear is 22 inch. I have new springs ordered, but their about a month away, company is waiting for steel delivery.

I was working out the sidewall heigth when I determined they were about 1/2" short. According to the tire sheet I found in the glove box with the manual and other paperwork, the car had F70-14 on the front and F78-14 on the rear from the factory.
