Non Rally instrument cluster

On a 1970 Cuda with an all black instrument cluster did the center console have a black insert or were they all Woodgrain? I’m not able to find a black insert but plenty of Woodgrain ones. Thank you

The console top plates were all woodgrain.

I have a grand coupe and it was originally wood grain. I have several consoles out of ‘Cudas and they are all wood grain. I have never seen a console that was not wood grain. My consoles are all black or burnt orange. All wood grain.
