    California recently ammended the YOM program to include the blue plates, Option 10. https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/uploads/2020/04/reg352.pdf A 1970 should have an A or B (ie 000-AAA or 000-BAA) as the first letter, maybe a C (I'd have to do the math) Alan

    He probably has NEW legacy plates that are black with gold letters and wants the repo blue plates to look more authentic. Yes it is possible to have an early 70 car with black plates but at that time there were no custom plates. Alan

    Hello, I'm a longtime Mopar fan, I have had my 1967 Barracuda since 1985 and also have a fully restored 1969 CHP Polara (genuine retired CHP car). My first Mopar was a 1973 Barracuda, it was a base 318 console automatic with AC, sold in 2000. Why am I here, hmm? I'm already on FABO and FCBO...
