Thank you for responding so quickly Moparcarguy. I moved the ground wire to another part of the firewall which caused a spark and the radio shut off. The 12 volt hot wire never touched the ground wire.

Has anyone had an issue with the #6 cavity on the fuse block blowing fuses? There must be a short in one of the circuits it powers. Cavity 6 on my 73 Rallye Challenger circuits are the rear defogger, temp gauge, fuel gauge, oil gauge and voltage limiter.
Any help would be appreciated...
