Block Casting number 4006830 is a 360 used 1976 - 1980.
The listed engine number stamped below the left head, "W360116261" is incomplete. If not a typographical omission, the number might be mis-stamped, or lightly stamped or otherwise marred. The listed number denotes a 360 built at the...
All of the listed numbers are rubber, or should be. Although Moog quality has been declining for years, the K7308 should be rubber as well, unless something has changed even more recently, or perhaps the plastic (urethane?) bushings are mispacked, or were substituted by someone.
The pictured starter, part number 2875560, is actually a 1970 model year starter assembled in the 25th week of 1969. The housing, or nose, casting number 2875553, was cast in the second week of April, 1969.

I used Metro Moulded VS 7-K (flocked) on my 1970 Challenger. They installed and fit well.
Note that 1970 is different than 1971-1974.
The following image shows one installed:
The 1973 Plymouth/Chrysler/Imperial factory service manual is the primary reference for your car:
When I got this set, they were still available from Chrysler for $10, but that is long gone. Look for them used, or possibly reprints. It is a two volume set.

The wire from the electric assist heater element in the choke thermostat is insulated with two high temperature, woven fiberglass sleeves. One sleeve covered the wire conductor, and the other sleeve overlaps the first to cover the element connection.
The wire and/or the sleeve can be replaced...

The 1970 Challenger did not have a fuel tank drain plug from the factory. Chrysler products had not used drain plugs since the late 1950s. The drain plug in the pictured tank was added.
The tank shown in this image is a 1970 (California) or 1971 Challenger tank configured for the Evaporative...

Although the anti-rattle spring tab position is specified in the manual, it's not critical. The...
To retain your 1972 pin-type calipers, do the following:

- Replace the caliper adapters with units from a late 1975 - 1978 B-body (with 11.75" rotors).

With all stock parts and the master splines lined up on each component in the column to steering gear, it should align properly.
The four-barrel linkage is originally a three piece setup. The main bracket from the four barrel setup won't fit with the Six Pack, and the other stuff would not line up. What is pictured look like the right 340 Six Pack setup. The upper part of the one piece rod to the transmission looks...
