Did all AARs and TAs challengers have the power steering cooler when they were ordered with power steering? I was told if the car had power steering it should have the cooler but many people removed it.

Im putting this car together and wanna do it right. How is the windshield washer hose that comes from the floor foot pump suppose to be routed. When you get to the heater hoses should the washer hose go through the plastic strap with the heater hoses or lay under it ive seen both ways
At the ends of the TAs spoiler are two clips to fasten it to the trunk can anyone advise what kind of fasteners were used for those 2 holes on each end of the spoiler was it a machine screw or a bolt ?
