I was going to mention that we had a Challenger Deputy rust bucket that we flipped and it had IIRC a straight Round Chrome Stick about 12" tall sticking straight up, looked strange.
As for round mopar shifter handles, B bodies are what I'm most familiar with; B's had round handle's through the 69 model Year. 70 started the Pistol Grip and who'd wan'na back up from there? I'm thinkin' that A bodies always had round.
OK.....I looked it up:
"Beginning in early 1965, 3138 was stamped into all the OEM Hurst shifters for GTOs. Beginning in 1966, this same number was also used for Oldsmobile shifters. 3138 was also used on all of the American Motors, Ford and later on all of the late 1960s - 1970s Camaro...
6356 signifies that it was originally in a MOPAR.....3138 IIRC is ferd......haven't messed with all my shifters in 20 years so am a l'il bit fuzzy on them. Interested to see what type of handle mount that your box has, bayonet or bolt on. There were 2 different styles of 2-bolt handle mounts...
Top pic:
far right is reverse rod & lever
middle 'candy cane' is 3-4
longest is 1-2
Mopar went to the fatter rod sometime early to mid70's
I'm out'a-shape on this stuff but try that.....they look right for mopar
In the 3rd pic, that number is an individual unit warranty number. That is to say...
I removed these 20 some years ago off of a Challenger or Charger, I don't really recall, anyway $750 Shipped.

I've owned this car for 25 years, it was/is stored inside for 24 of those years and was previously stored inside for the at least the prior 5 years.
I did a l'il bit of work on it and collected a few parts as can be seen in the pix. The bumper that is wrapped is a re-chromed original.
Likely 85%...
This is the earliest 70 engine that I've ever seen. If you have an early production car & you're looking for a date correct modur(any engine over 402 cubes in my circles is a MODURR) this engine might be for you. Built June of '69 and most all major components cast within a 30 day window. Pulled...
1971 E Body 440 383 A/T & A/C Cuda Barracuda Challenger R/T SE
It may be good, I know that I had it cleaned & checked but I don't recall the result; check it & find out, just don't let them put more than 17 PSI & use a good operable 16 PSI cap. It's been in inside storage at least 20 years
$425...
I would think that if it's not a daily driver you'd be OK. I'd bet money that there are restored cars out there with less and I doubt that a concours judge will whip out a slide caliper and ding you for being under the minimum.
Thanx for the support......lem'me know if you need any moparts.....but you're probably like me and have a hellluva lot more than what you really want to have at this stage of your life.
I'm not an E body specialist but from what other folks have determined I'd say yes.
Some parts are year specific and some aren't additionally, some manufacturers employ 'running changes'. That is where an improved design or lower cost or whatever is put into the assembly as the previous part...
Actually, I believe that the short block is the only replacement assembly. The heads and intake(4 bbl I'm keeping) are dated 1970 as marked on the forward face. Engine was running when I acquired but it was a smoker, seriously a mosquito killer and it still rotates & needs reuilt. If you don't...
