Both Complete Assemblies - $425: Selling complete front pin-style floating disc brake assemblies that came stock on my 1973 Challenger Rallye. These come assembled with all hardware. Below, I have broken down each part into separate descriptions and individual prices if I decide to sell the...
I believe there are two different lengths of pins to accommodate for two different thicknesses of caliper adapters/mounting brackets. "One fact that isn’t well known is that there are also heavy-duty versions of the adapters, which are thicker and use longer mounting bolts."
I’m just not seeing any remnant of a stamp in the upper left corner of the caliper face. Do you think that ‘3’ on the bottom right represents the year while the ‘69’ is the day?
I’m pulling these off of my 1973 Challenger Rallye and I’m trying to get as much information as I can on them before I sell.

$600 - 8-3/4" 489 Case complete rear end with 10" x 2.5" drums. This is an open differential with 2.76 gear ratio. All original parts from the factory. This came on my 1973 Dodge Challenger Rallye small block 318. No leaks, grinding, or weird noises. I am replacing the entire undercarriage of my...
Sorry, I’m still pricing out the parts while I try to confirm the part numbers, but I’m open to offers and questions to help me know what to look for. Located in California
I'm completely rebuilding the undercarriage of my 1973 Challenger with a custom race chassis. These are all original parts, except for the QA1 struts, but I believe I do have the original struts as well.
Sorry, I’m still pricing out the parts while I try to confirm the part numbers, but I’m...
I find it interesting that you prefer black RTV for the timing chain cover gasket and the grey stuff for the oil pan gasket. Care to explain this methodology?
I'll wait to hear from Jeff before I go this deep. I hope at this point, he'll just take it back and inspect this stuff himself rather...
Yeah, I firmly believe that as well, but I have to run his suggestions first to show that it's more than just the fuel pump block-off cover gasket.
That would have been smart. I already did the work, though. I put a new gasket on there, coating the outside of it with prime seal and the inside...
Okay, so Jeff (the mechanic) just gave me a call back after seeing the video. He suspects I'm onto something with the fuel pump block-off plate leaking out of the gasket. He doesn't believe the cylinder head gaskets or intake manifold gaskets are leaking, rather his hunch is that the fan is...
Okay, I put in a different bottle of UV dye in it and drove it 50 miles and the engine lit up like a Christmas tree. I took a video for my mechanic and just uploaded it to YouTube. You can view it by clicking here.
