yeah I know, I was just hoping after him driving all the way to Arkansas from Florida and outbidding several guys there that in my discussions with the other bidders before the auction they were at least interested in restoration and that he wouldn't outbid them to let it rust away but there...
Looking at that guys pics I hope he is gonna do something with that car since he has several. I would hate to see it completely turn into a car shaped pile of rust
I guess I was always looking for the hard way to do that. I would have the car on ramps in the gravel driveway and lift the tail shaft, 904 or 727 and slide a 2 x4 block under it. Then lift the front with the tail shaft as a lever and put one under the bellhousing. I would repeat until it was...

That is what I figured I just didn’t know how valuable the engine and hood was but didn’t want to miss out and somebody pick it up for $500 because nobody around here likes dodge they are Chevy guys
I am looking at a 1970 challenger about to come up at an estate auction and would like to use your collective and vast knowledge. After contacting the auction house and asking they sent me photos of the rust . fenders are rusted thru, rockers need replaced, floor pan on drivers side rusted thru...
