I could use the three long brackets about 2 1/2” wide that are mounted on the rear of the trunk frame that holds the vinyl for the wheel well in place. They are the ones with the snaps on them...

(No titles existed in 70's) with the original JH23x0Bxxxxxx number on it with your name.
In NY they will not issue a current registration unless you show proof of insurance and they issue plates at the time.
