You know, I'm not sure what they are. My door panels are "Dash Top" brand, only because there's a sticker on the back of them. The convertible panels I don't know, but no, they didn't come with the holes already drilled for the snaps. The boot itself is from Legendary.

That's because I grounded the motor block (one of the studs) to the engine, but removed it when it didn't fix the problem. Does it need to be grounded to the ballast resistor, for some reason?

OK, thanks for that EW1... I guess my problem could still be a lack of good ground, either at the motor or the switch. I'm pretty sure I properly grounded the switch to frame, but not 100% that I grounded the motor properly. I'll have to go in there and check the grounds and improve them at the...
