I have had this in my stash for a long time. I now know I will not build a Concour 340 car in my future so I am going to let it go. I think it is NOS but did not come in a box, the mounting studs and nuts are assembly line pieces off another unit. It is extremely tight when turning like it has never been used. Part Number 2863233- Date Code L1BC which is a 1971 date code. This is a EXTREMELY hard to find part. I have references so you will not be scammed.
