He is an instructor at a film school in Hollywood, produces films and writes scripts. He is too busy to deal with it right now and he did not have a place to keep it at his home. I told him I would help him out. I had the space at my shop open. He is my best friend, I would do anything for him. Why do you ask?

I was asking to 'weed out' scams. I find people that are selling their best friends car but can't remember the best friends name. You should be fine if you just edit your first post with a description and pics like you posted on Craig's. Thank you for being willing to follow the rules. How do you know it is the original rear?
it still has the paint marks on it. it is a posi. and it looks like the bolts on the springs and rear end have not been touched at all? sorry that is the best guess. i cleaned some of the surface rust off and you can see the paint markings on it. i doubt if they swapped out a rear they would have put that on before they installed it.

Sounds logical. I was curious. Seems it was a complete car and then someone gave it a 440 and fender flares. Everything it needs is available on the internet. You shouldn't have trouble selling it. Do you have a fender tag or a build sheet for the car?
