I believe all '70 Se's had vinyl tops so that they could cover up the window pugs for the smaller rear glass

Yes. Color options depend on the cars color.

Not sure but didn't they have one called "Gator Grain" ? It had a weird texture.

Yes. You could get Gator Grain on the SE.
