1972 cuda with 70 type taillights

Hi guys is it possible that a 72 cuda still had early type tail lights like 70-71 models, possibly if it was an early 72??

No..70-71 models had the rectangle shaped and 72-74 had the 4 round in the rear...someone has altered it if it has the rectangle style. The rear panel is an easy alteration to do.

Thanx I thought so my mate was looking at it in America at the moment, I just wanted to check because in Australia we has a lot of mixed and matched stuff come out from our car manufactors in the 60 and 70s

Happens here too. But in 72 every body panel but the hood and trunklid changed that year.
