1973 Barracuda A-230 Transmission Gear oil and Capacity

Hi I have a ' 73 Barracuda 3 speed Std A-230 transmission and need to change the gear oil i believe it takes 80/90 conventional gear lube correct me if iam wrong ; can anyone tell me how much it holds ? Will 2 quarts work?Thanks

FSM, Section 0 . ATF or 90w if in warm climate. 4 3/4 pints.
Service Manual has all service information. You can use any year 70-74 manual. Specs didn't change for these items.
