3.91 gear swap or rebuild question

Hey guys, my 3.91 rear end is my next point of attention on my 70 challenger. Little leak, very little noise but main issue is 3300 rpm when cruising and my first gear does not have much use. Should I rebuild it, I have done them in the past, put in a lower gear? Just get the gears or entire insert? Any suggestions where? Someone wants to trade with my 3.91. It is a sure grip. Where do I find good parts to rebuild mopar differentials?

Which differential do you have ? Here is a chart to identify Mopar differentials. Yours should be one of the 8 3/4" models.
