I presently have a 4 speed transmission in my Dodge Super Bee. While resently trying to sell my car a man said he had my original Hemi 4 speed on his bench ready to go into his hemi GTX project;
SOLD - 1970 Dodge Super Bee V code Post
To make a long story short I found a transmission and the man is going to swap me for my original. So this transmission in my car has a vin of OB226237. I know the 0 means 70 and the B means Hamtramck, Michigan. I know the plant made Cuda, Challengers, etc. , and I thought I would see if anyone knows how to match the tranny in my car with someones Vin.
The tranny that came with the Super Bee is an 18 spline 4 speed. And the one in my car may be an 18 also (haven't pulled it yet). If so it could belong to a hemi or six pack car .
Anyway, shooting in the dark.
