'40 Dodge business coupe

Listing this for a friend (he wants to use the back half for a trailer).Car has had an interior fire, original running gear complete ( flathead 6 with 3 speed) As far as I know hood is only thing missing. Hope someone wants to save the old girl. Owner say to offer him more than it's worth as a trailer-kinda vague but that's the best I can get.

Hope you can talk your friend into using something else to make a trailer out of. Way beyond my skills but I hope someone can save it.
