Need some input, I took out the 360 with a 727 auto and put in a 440 and a 833 4 speed with hooker super comp headers, New engine mounts. Problem is the drivers side header is rubbing on the torsion bar. Any help is appreciated...

Not a lot you can do , you could add a washer between the mount & bracket on the opposite side to tip the engine slightly . Hooker are world famous for not fitting well .
What type of mount did you use ? , I have been using poly lock mounts with stiffer isolator pads & interlocking so they will not fail .sometimes you can use a turnbuckle to twist the engine over a bit if you have rubber mounts , this can also work as a torque strap if secured properly !!
My friend had the same headers &the flange was too tall so it hit the angle of the head just under the valve cover rail , this cause it to leak out the top of all the ports so we had to pull the header & grind the flange down after having them ceramic coated then when we got it sealed to the head properly it changed the angle enough to hit both the T bar & the steering box so we had to pull it again to dent it for clearance .
