5.7 HEMI and Trans

I will be installing a 5.7 Hemi in my 71 Challenger and it is attached to an automatic transmission with the #`s 103AA-03. I am wondering what car this came out of and if there is another name for this transmission, and lastly if it will fit in the 71 Challenger without any major work modifications to the tunnel.

That is the Mercedes 5 speed/lock-up trans known as the NAG 1. This means New Automatic Gearset generation 1.
