Looking for a 70-71 Rallye dash for my son's Challenger. He just needs the "Rallye" part, not the entire dash. He has the standard dash he is looking to swap out.

Looks like this but the reset knob for the clock and trip odometer come through the woodgrain, not the lens. This is a 72-74 version. 72-74 Rallye Dash.pngn.

This was a complete conversion kit I sold, even with the variable speed wiper switch.

No sorry. That one also had a solid state limiter, clock quartz upgrade, new clock cable and new chrome reset knobs. All the switches, gauges and speedo were tested & working too. Be patient, you’ll find one.

Just got back for VK . I am retired so we where gone for 6 weeks. So you still need the complete 70 set up with gauges and woodgrain setup? I think I have a set or 2 up in parts rack at my resto shop. Will look this week. Thanks

FYI, upgrading the standard instrument cluster to the rallye dash has been a popular upgrade for decades. Even by the late 1980s, the rallye dash cluster setups were bringing in premium $$$$. Expect that an original 1970-71 rallye dash setup to be hard to find, or cost you 4-figures for a fully functioning/decent one.

For this reason, some opt to just go fully aftermarket. I hear good things about the Dakota Digital clusters.

I have a lead on one but nothing concrete yet. I would be interested in seeing what you have.
I have considered the Dakota dash also but prefer an original if I can get one.

If you're building a tribute car, why not use the 72-74 version and save some money? I did that on a 71 JH23G car in 2005 and saved a wad of money. I bought the woodgrain overlay without the seat belt light from PG Classics and sent the gauges to Mike Mancini and got them rebuilt for less than what a 70-71 core would have cost. They even put a 8K face on the tach. It worked perfectly. To be fair and honest, I had the 72-74 setup in a box on the shelf and didn't have to buy it. Just weigh it both ways before you overspend. Good luck with the project.
