70 Challenger RT vinyl top question

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Have a 70 Challenger R/T 440 I'm working on.
Car seems to be 100% original, all #s match.
All VIN stamps and tags are present and match. I found the broadcast sheet today too!
The car is light green metallic FF4 with H6F8 interior green trim.
The car has not been registered since 1990.
It has a white vinyl top with white R/T stripes.
This color combo seems to work well and would "make sense."
However, the data tag and broadcast sheet says the car should have V1X vinyl top...which is black! I looked on the Hamtramck Registry website and it seems based on dealer info if the car had these interior and exterior colors and a black vinyl top it had green R/T stripes....which I think would look odd and not standout.

Has anyone ever seen this color combo that my tag and broadcast sheet mention? The vinyl top and stripes seem original and the doesn't seems to never have had a repaint.

if the tag has V1X it was built with the black roof , the V code in the upper line of the tag would have the stripe color

Thanks. I spoke to Barry Washington and he also shared what you said.
I guess someone changed the vinyl top and added the stripes at some point since the car is a stripe delete car.
