Good question. I find behaviour like that to be frustrating, disrespectful, inconsiderate and rude, to name a few. Only exceptions if paralyzed, in a coma or dead.

Seeing this, I personally will never consider buying from him even if I need the item. Don’t need the aggravation of perpetually trying to track him down.
