71 Challenger wiper linkage

I need arm off of wiper motor for 71 Challenger.

Three speed motor. The problem I'm having is with the arm I have on it, it goes to far down and then goes almost off the windshield the other way.

Are you talking about the arm the holds the blade to the glass or the linkage under the cowl screens?
