Hello all! I just wanted to say hey and introduce myself to the forum. I have a 1971 Dodge Challenger (as you might guess) that I share with my father. He has had the car since 1974 when he got it before going off to college. It has been in storage on and off since the early 1980's and has just recently began is 2nd major restoration attempt. We are really building up some steam this time! The car was originally Autumn Bronze in color with white interior. It was painted green in 1975 by my father and some of his friends. In 2000 the job was started to paint it yellow. However in the past 3 weeks we have stripped most of the yellow in favor of 2010 plumb crazy pearl. I will post some pictures and likely create a thread for the car on here soon. About me personally I am the 4th generation at our family owned Chrysler, Dodge, and now Jeep dealership in Virginia. My Great Grandfather started selling Chrysler and Plymouth in 1935. I work all over the store, mostly in sales. I was big into FWD Mopars though college and had a Turbocharged Dodge Caravan, a Dodge Omni, and a Dodge Daytona Shelby among many others. I'm "new" to the classic mopar scene but I know that Mopar guys & Gals wherever you find them are always the best.
