Factory replacements are no longer available. A few years ago I did see a pair of NOS.

I used these-
Energy Suspension 9.5106G 3/4in. SWAY BAR BUSHING SET – Energy Suspension

Discarded the brackets that came with them, drilled out the spot welds in the original brackets, put in the new bushings and then we clamped & re-welded them. You could also use bolts like on this yellow car.

They're already split, right out of the package.
