Hey everyone,
I'm looking for all the a/c hoses for a 440 factory a/c. Does any one know of any good reproductions or have any good ones I can try and get restored. Please let me know.
thanks,
Crispy K

Is this an all original type build ? Because the old a/c systems back in the seventies didn't work very well and were an R-12 Freon refrigerant system. R-12 production was banned several tears ago so what little supplies that are left, are extremely expensive. Usually over $100.00 bucks a pound. Converting to a modern FR-134A system uses all different parts. If you want a good system that doesn't have to be original, get a Vintage Air or Classic air complete system. 10 times better than the old system and everything is not 40 years old.

Try a napa, they may have some old stock laying around. My napa makes lines and can use your old fittings if you find some old hoses to use. Keep your eyes open on Craigslist for r12 freon if you want to keep it original.
