a great story/ending for a local mopar guys stolen car

unfortunately it seems that justice has a statute of limitations on something like this, with the original thieves as being only those who would be held responsible...my confusion is with Govier, though. Maybe someone who's dealt with him can clear this up, but I thought his data plates and broadcast sheets had to verified on the car itself: ie, to get a new plate you needed to produce a broadcast sheet, and vice versa.

But the fact the guy kept bulldogging this case and finally got the car back with established proof of ownership:D

Wow! I live in Lincoln, NE and I haven't heard anything about this. I've met Paul Christopherson and visited with him quite a bit. He deals a lot in high end Mopars. Seemed like a pretty nice guy actually.
