AAR "Trans Am" Fender Tag with "HI" Stamp? Never seen this before

Has anyone seen an AAR "TA" fender tag with this additional stamping on it? Looking to purchase, but curious is this is a red flag?

It looks like a legitimate AAR set of tags to me. Others have more expertise than I and will hopefully comment. The "HI" stamp is unique, but doesn't surprise me. Those assembly folks would get bored sometimes and put their initials in hidden spots, play tic tac toe and all kinds of silly things.
