My interest in A66 1970 Challenger converts: found one being sold by a Canadian Dealer
Car looks mint, w some incorrect modifications, but looks great in hemi-orange.
Must be an early car- no hood holes or emblems on the bulge hood. It also has the early 15 in rallye wheels and factory air.
Not bad price at 49,990 (not sure if ad is in Canadian or US Dollars?)
Car is listed in Hemmings. I personally like the A66 cars, especially the verts
Dealer information in not always accurate: lists the car as having F70-14 but the car has the 15 inch rallyes. Ad also states "correct but not original engine)

Also has an AC dash pad. The rear bumper looks like it has an upward bow in the center when you eyeball it across the bottom of the tail light bezel.

Also looks like the radiator was replaced. I didn't read thoroughly, did it say it has a fender tag or build sheet?

Just noticed a JH27N engine code. The description is ambivalent citing a "true H-code" A66 car" but has an N in the serial number, and claiming decoding by Galen?
Location: Montreal, Quebec , Canada Stock #:pC7987D
VIN #:JH27N
Mileage: 31790
Trans: Auto
Condition: Excellent
Exterior: Hemi Orange
Interior: Black
Description:
A true H-code Convertible 1970 Challenger
in original V2 Hemi Orange color.

The A66 Challenger Sport Package was essentially an R/T in everything but the name, with the sport hood, rallye Suspension, HD 11" brakes, F70-14 White letter tires, and naturally, the 340 cubic-inch, 375-horsepower engine.
This Challenger has non-original but correct 340 engine, and has ben treated to a complete rotisserie restoration, with pictures and Galen Govier decoding and registry information.

Strange. Anyone's eyes sharp enough to read the door tag?
