Bending Sending Unit Float Arm

Someone posted some photos and a writeup on bending an aftermarket fuel gauge sending unit float arm to read EMPTY more accurately. I have used the [SEARCH] function, but can't come up with the article. Maybe I haven't put in the correct search terms or maybe it wasn't on this E-Body Forum.
Does anyone remember seeing that article anywhere? I'm ready to install my new tank and sending unit and want to be sure it's reasonably accurate.
