This is a Big Block Carter High Performance Fuel Pump. This
came off of my 1971 440+6 Cuda back in the day, when I swapped
it for a chrome Holley pump. It is in very nice condition, and
worked fine when removed, but has been sitting in a box in my
parts cabinet for many years so will probably need a rebuild.
