Normally a tag hog ringed to the bottom. What exactly are you trying to find out ? Mopar used a similar bucket seat frame across the line A-B-E-body 68-74.

It is a 71-79 seat frame. With different foam and upholstery it was used in many cars. I'm not sure what the upholstery is that is on it. It may be aftermarket. It looks like it could be from an Abody or Fbody. You can look through the Legendary Interior catalogue and maybe find the upholstery. The release button is mounted in a cage. If you remove the cage and tap and drill some new holes, you can use the 70 style seat buttons and turn the frame into a 70.
