I have the initials CW written on the build sheet in with a crayon doe it mean anything

He might have been last guy to inspect car and that's his seal of approval.

That's what I would think. Last guy to check the build sheet for the correct parts, signed off when he was happy with what was installed.

Its evidence of pride in one's work.
I've seen several convertible Challengers with 'ROCK' written on the sheet metal behind the interior panels.

rock was a well known doodler. There is also a cash symbol that shows up a ton. There are a few other people that signed their names but Rock is by far the most popular. His name is on both Cuda's and Challengers, usually on the rear wheel well hump.
So, was rock a seat installer? Or a carpet installer? Or possibly the final interior panel installer?

The build sheet for my old '73 Challenger has lots of crayon writing on it:
  • 276 Hurst Chall is written across the top.
  • Manual obliterates more than half of Line 6.
  • FM is between Lines 11 and 12 by the radio area.
  • lite Blk is at the bottom right.
It's also got a bright-red RALLYE stamp in the "Heavy Duty Fleet" area below the Combination Groups area (the car was not a Rallye) and REAR SPKR is stamped in red at the bottom left.

Wow! That sounds like an awesome lot of stuff on a BS.
I've only ever found one build sheet in a 73 duster.
Over a dozen cuda's and not one build sheet.
Pretty cool that you can piece the history of the specific car on the line back to it's little build sheet.

I have my 71 Cuda build sheet and it has a fancy B written on it.
