i have a 76 360 originally a 2 barrel out of a cordova in my challenger. only has about 30,000 miles on it. an edelbrock intake and 4v carb are only upgrades i have done to car. challenger was originally 318. i need to put new timing chain in, i want to upgrade cam as well. what would be a good cam for this motor. i guess a kit with cam lifters and springs would be best way to go. this a driver, just want to get dependable motor.

I would look at the Lunati VooDoo line , great drivability & power in Mopar engines . I do not have my catalog handy , but I would buy the lifters from Johnson or at least confirm lunati is using the Johnson product

10200701 or 10200702 is what I would be looking at .
Either of these will build a lot of cylinder pressure in a low comp 360 engine

I have the XE262 in my truck - low rpms tho. I've run several XE268s with great results too. The only issue with the VooDoo line is the head machining that is required to run the springs they specify. So should you go that route prepare to pull the heads and have the guides and spring seats machined to fit the positive seals.
