challenger 1/4 window adjustment

Need some advice
have installed all Glass in my '70 Conv Challenger
having issues with the 1/4 glass ...I can make most of the adjustments but the window is not tight to the guide
any help appreciated

I am trying to understand where you are having the problem , the slides are captive in the track correct & you adjust the track in & out forward or back ?
