Challenger Camber adjustment

I finished putting the front end of my car back together. I notice there is to much positive camber on passenger side how do you adjust this?

What size tires and wheels? Is the engine installed ? Are the front control arms stock or replacement ? Has the correct ride height been adjusted ?

Front wheels are p185/70/r14 and yes the engine is installed. Stock control arms and height is correct. Didn't have this issue when I took it apart

Camber is adjusted with the eccentric bolts on the upper control arms. You would need to rotate the bolts so that they offset is to the inside
