Dana 60 4.10 (from a truck)

I bought a Dana 60 with 4.10 track loc from an early 70's truck for $200. I plan on having it cut down and axles resplined.

Seems the only difference is that there is no place for a pinion snubber like on the Dana's from cars.

Is there any negative/adverse impacts to using this style of Dana in my 'Cuda?

That Dana was made for trucks, ma was just smart enuff to made it an option for us!
