Door mfg sticker

My friend Steve is trying to get a replacement drivers side door sticker for his 73 Challenger Ralley with a 340 automatic black car with A/C can someone post a picture os this sticker who has a simular Challenger so he knows what information he needs. We looked at my 71 but I understand more information is on the 73 sticker....block off your VIN in the picture.....thanks Tom

IF you don't have the original one to look off of, you aren't going to be able to get a correct sticker. You'll have to guess at a couple things. I don't know if ECS will let you guess on something like that. You may have to leave one area blank.

I've got a 73 318 non A/C. I can get you the vehicle weights on my sticker but I don't know if they will be right.

The build month on the sticker might not match the SPD on the fender tag. Mine doesn't. Also, the 73 stickers have an MDH code in the lower left. That stands for month/date/hour. That is when the car was accually built(or very close to it). You can't go by the SPD on the fender tag.

Example:

(going by memory here) My car has an SPD of 927...September 27th 1972

The VIN sticker says October 72
The MDH code is 10/12/18

So my car was built 2 weeks late.

Thanks for the info if you can send the weights also that would be great. I'm a b body member just trying to help a freind....Tom
