E body hood latch?

I recently purchased a 69 Charger that is now being restored. The car came with a bunch of parts as the guy needed to move and clean out his garage. I figured I could sell it if it wasn't for the Charger. Well this hood latch isn't for the Charger but a guy at the restoration shop said it looked like an E body latch. I couldn't find anything on the net or Ebay so I figured someone (or all of you) would know if it is or not. I appreciate the help. If you know what the proper application is I'd also appreciate knowing how much you think its worth. Thanks
