I took this shift gate apart and had the plate re-chromed. It was triple plated and turned out flawless. IMO, better than the re-popped pieces that they want $100.00 for just the plate. This one is all together and only needs the plastic slider installed that I do not have. It fits all of the 70-79 B & E body cars with console shifted automatics.
