I have no idea if its legal or not. the Point was that the seller said the car still exits under a new owner out there somewhere and thats why I posted it here incase someone knows of this car. anyhow I emailed Hamtrack Registry and he said he notified the feds back there and they told him it was a federal offense and theyd look into it.
