I dont know, for a 360 and a 318 I needed a spacer

A spacer where? One mount is the same big or small block.

The 340 mount is a little wider where it bolts to block I believe. Those are 318-, 360 mounts then

You need about a 1/4 spacer between one of the bosses and the mount, like the picture below

The grouping is 273,318 & 340,360. If he needed a spacer the mounts are from 273,318 and will work with a spacer on 340,360.
