Has anyone experienced the same problem that I am with a flywheel being extremely tight on the tail end of the crankshaft outside diameter where the flywheel rests outside of, .006 to be exact. Both the flywheel and crank have been heavily cleaned with a wire wheel on a die grinder.

I have made a swap to the TKO 600 and had no problems with my initial motor that I installed the transmission onto. Unfortunately I dropped a valve into the #7 cylinder. New motor, new problems of course.

I had that issue with my 440. I just machined down the pilot bearing to fit. Forged crank with a 4 speed manual behind it. All factory parts minus the pilot bearing.
