Front Disc brake assembly

I have the disc brake assembly off the car and I see behind the spindle area is a foam im gonna have it sand blasted is there a place to buy that foam and put new back on, some one told me I really dont need it

Honestly DMT has some legit stuff. I'm getting that E body hood pad soon and a couple of other things. I bought the hood yo cowl seal and the metal clips were already in it. A real plug and play item. Much easier than the wiring harness....

You don't need it to operate the brakes, but it keeps dust/moisture out of where the spindle enters the rotor.
