I have a 19 pounder that will be going on the Webber charcoal grill for about 4 and a half hours. If you have not had turkey over charcoal, you don't know what you are missing!!!.
I hope everyone has everything they need and all is peaceful in your homes.

It came out great!, thanks for asking. I do it about twice a year in the Weber Kettle grill and smoke for the first half hour or so just using smoking chips that have been soaked in water for a couple of hours. I stuff it full of fruit like pineapple or oranges along with whatever fruit juice it will hold and it makes for a pretty amazing flavor infused bird. Then I just make the stuffing seperately.

I do mine every year on the grille. It's become a tradition, so I have to seriously agree with your first sentence.
Everything was well, here, DetMatt. Hoping you had the same.
