How do I know if I have a heavy duty Suspension?The fender tag does not show any A31-36 numbers but the tag on the rearend is 3.91.It is a 1970 340,4-speed car.

how many leaves do you have ? I forgot about the bars there were 1.25, 1.31 and 1.39 i believe

If it's a Cuda, it's HD suspension. That basically means sway bars in terms of "special" parts. But a 340 suspension is not as HD as a hemi or 440 car. You need the Dana rear for the better leaf springs and shocks, and the 440 or hemi option for the bigger torsion bars.
